Job summary

Peckham IT is seeking an IT Operations Support Administrator to assist end users across Windows, Android/iOS devices, timeclocks, and VDI environments. The role focuses on hardware/software maintenance, policy documentation, and coordinating with client technology groups to ensure reliable computing services for Peckham staff.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in help desk or desktop support, familiarity with SCCM/Intune, and the ability to travel to local sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required; CompTIA A+/Sec+ or ITIL Fundamentals or ability to obtain within first year.
• 1–3 years in IT help desk/desktop support
• U.S. Citizenship required for security clearances

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user inquiries within SLA.
• Provide onsite or remote desktop support and mobile device support.
• Maintain documented operational policies and procedures.
• Assist with asset tracking and inventory using SCCM/Intune.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and create end-user documentation.
