Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
• 1-3 years in IT help desk or desktop technician role.
• Certification: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Sec+, or ITIL Fundamentals (or ability to obtain within 1 year).
• U.S. Citizenship required due to security clearances.
• Ability to travel to worksites as needed.
• Experience with imaging PCs and setting up workstations.
• Knowledge of Windows/Azure AD, SCCM, Intune, and Windows OS.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, Zendesk).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries within SLAs.
• Provide direct hardware and software support onsite or remote.
• Support company-issued mobile devices per procurement/configuration/deployment processes.
• Maintain end-user computing environment with software delivery and telephony endpoints.
• Manage asset tracking and SCCM/Intune deployments.
• Assist identity management and user accounts.
• Support Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
• Provide guidance for entry-level service desk staff.
• Attend after-hours on-call shifts as required.
• Maintain documentation of processes and procedures.
