Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency
• 1–3 years of experience in IT help desk, technical support, or desktop technician role
• Certification in CompTIA A+, CompTIA Sec+, or ITIL Fundamentals, or ability to obtain within first year
• US Citizenship due to security clearances
• Travel to and from worksites/community locations as needed (up to 25%)
• Knowledge of Windows/Azure Active Directory, Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and Windows OS
• Knowledge of ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, Zendesk, etc.) and ITSM methodologies
• Imaging PCs, setting up workstations, and supporting end users

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge, troubleshoot, and resolve customer inquiries within SLAs
• Provide hardware/software support including printers and AV equipment
• Support company-issued mobile devices (Android/iOS) including deployment
• Maintain end-user computing policies and procedures
• Asset tracking and cooperation with IT teams
• Administer identity management and permissions
• Work with VDI platform and SCCM/Intune for maintenance
