Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is seeking a Senior IT Specialist in Memphis to ensure business systems meet stakeholder needs and run with minimal downtime.

You will support laptops, desktops, and mobile devices; troubleshoot issues; patch servers; maintain infrastructure documentation; and manage incidents via ServiceNow. Strong AD/GP, VMware, Nutanix, Azure, and security focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2-3 Years of IT Support Experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Windows 10, Office 2016/365, and Windows Server 2012/2016.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Familiarity with VMware vSphere/ESXi, Nutanix HCI, and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures day-to-day operations are running effectively and efficiently across devices and services.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on client systems.
• Server, laptop, and PC patching; maintain IT infrastructure and documentation.
• Use ServiceNow for incident and service requests; provide on-site support.
• Ensure security and integrity of IT systems and data.
• Lead IT projects to timely completion aligned with business goals.
