Job summary

ASM Global seeks an IT support specialist to sustain end-user devices and venue systems. You will manage onboarding/offboarding in AD/Azure AD and Microsoft 365, support Windows, macOS, and Linux, and ensure security controls and device compliance for enterprise environments.

The role requires strong communication, ticketing efficiency, and willingness to work irregular hours during events. Prior experience with Intune, MFA, and security tooling is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of progressive experience in IT systems support, service desk operations, or desktop engineering.
• Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID, and enterprise IT experience.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Linux, and networking basics.
• Ability to communicate clearly and train non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-1 and tier-2 desktop, laptop, and mobile device support.
• Resolve tickets within SLA targets and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Administer venue systems including Momentus (Ungerboeck) and ABI (Master Specs).
• Manage onboarding/offboarding in AD, EntraID, and Microsoft 365.
