Job summary

Aravo Solutions, Inc. is seeking a hands-on, strategic Director of IT to lead and scale our internal IT function. This role will own corporate IT strategy and operations while partnering with Engineering, Security, Finance, and HR to support a growing distributed SaaS organization.

The leader will balance daily operations with forward-looking transformation, ensuring systems, tools, and processes scale as the company grows, including a focus on AI-enabled workflows and strong security posture.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with leadership
• Hands-on with modern IT stack including AI tools
• Experience with SaaS or cloud-first environments
• Familiarity with security and compliance practices
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Define and execute IT roadmap aligned with growth and strategy
• Lead and mentor a small IT team (helpdesk, systems, IT ops)
• Set SLAs, KPIs and drive continuous improvement
• Drive tool standardization and cost optimization across IT
• Own IT budgeting, vendor management and resource planning
• Establish governance and scalable IT processes for growth
• Partner with executives to shape technology strategy
