Qualifications
- Proven experience leading a large, multidisciplinary IT Operations organization.
- Experience managing teams of 20+ across multiple IT functions.
- Experience with IT budgets of $5M+.
Responsibilities
- Lead IT Operations across IT Support, IT Logistics, and AV & Executive Support through managers and ~20 staff.
- Define strategic direction and operating model for IT Operations with data-informed decisions.
- Introduce AI-powered IT support and automation to improve resolution times and reduce friction.
- Develop scalable international IT hardware provisioning, shipping, and logistics.
