Job summary

Aviatrix is seeking a motivated and experienced Director, Marketing Operations to lead the Marketing Operations team and optimize our marketing tech stack. This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and drives efficiency in marketing processes aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in marketing operations, strong data/analytics acumen, and a passion for results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years in Marketing Operations with at least 5 years in a leadership role at a B2B SaaS organization.
• Proven track record in marketing operations and driving efficiency/effectiveness.
• Strong understanding of the marketing technology landscape including marketing automation, CRM, analytics, etc.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Align marketing operations with business goals.
• Develop and implement a marketing operations strategy to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee marketing technologies (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, AI tools) and drive integration.
• Evangelize AI use to scale marketing functions.
• Manage technology vendors and stay current with industry trends.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Establish KPIs and dashboards; analyze performance and optimize campaigns.
• Ensure data accuracy and governance.
