Job summary

Everabode Property Management LLC is seeking an IT Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation, security, and growth of the company’s technology across corporate offices and manufactured housing communities. Hybrid role based in Kansas City, KS, requiring on-site presence 2–3 days weekly and occasional travel for acquisitions.

You will manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, security, IT vendors, and budget ownership, ensuring scalable systems for a growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT management roles.
• Experience in real estate, property management, or multi-site operations preferred; manufactured housing experience a plus.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and IT service providers.
• Experience leading IT projects from start to finish, including budget and vendor selection.
• Microsoft Associate or Expert level certifications recommended. ITIL Foundation a plus. CompTIA Security+ or similar security certification a plus.
• Experience supporting property management or ERP systems (such as Yardi) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations for corporate office and community offices.
• Manage Microsoft 365 tenant, Entra ID, and communications tools.
• Lead IT projects from scope to closeout, including budget and vendor proposals.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle management across devices and equipment.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to staff, with training and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
