Job summary

Everabode Property Management LLC is seeking an IT Manager to oversee day-to-day tech operations, security, and growth across corporate offices and manufactured housing communities. The role includes supporting staff, managing the Microsoft 365 environment, and ensuring scalable IT foundations with budget ownership.

Based in Kansas City, KS, this hybrid position requires on-site presence 2–3 days per week with occasional travel to communities for acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years in IT support, systems administration, or IT management.
• Experience in real estate or multi-site operations preferred.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and IT service providers.
• Experience leading IT projects including budget and vendor selection.
• Microsoft Associate or Expert level certifications recommended; ITIL a plus; CompTIA Security+ a plus.
• Experience supporting property management or ERP systems (such as Yardi) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure at corporate and community offices.
• Set up connectivity and security for community offices.
• Manage Microsoft 365 tenant, email, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID.
• Administer endpoint management and RMM tools (NinjaOne or comparable).
• Manage phone systems for corporate and community offices.
• Lead IT projects from scope to closeout with budgets and timelines.
• Develop and manage the IT budget and vendor proposals.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to staff and maintain knowledge base.
