Job summary

Orange EV is seeking an IT Systems and Network Administrator to own day-to-day management of a Microsoft-centric IT environment. You will manage Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra ID, M365, virtualization, and network infrastructure, driving projects on time and within scope.

You’ll lead identity and access controls, endpoint management, and security awareness initiatives while coordinating with MSPs and vendors in a manufacturing setting. This role is on-site in Kansas City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in computer science or related field.
• 3–5+ years in systems/networks in a primarily Microsoft environment with security exposure.
• Deep knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra ID, Group Policy, Exchange/M365.
• Solid TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing; experience with enterprise firewalls & switches.
• PowerShell proficiency for AD management and automation.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (physical/virtual).
• Administer MS 365 and Entra ID; Exchange Online management.
• Oversee LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches, wireless, and VPN; TCP/IP routing.
• Lead rollout of Microsoft Intune and endpoint configuration/compliance.
• Support security awareness, incident response, and policy governance.
• Document incidents, perform RCA, and coordinate with MSPs/vendors.
• Maintain network diagrams, system docs, and asset inventory.
