Job summary

Stepowoy Enterprises seeks an IT Infrastructure and Operations leader to ensure reliable and secure technology across headquarters and branches. You will oversee operations, employee support, applications, and cybersecurity, supervising the System Administrator and coordinating with the MSP.

The role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent IT experience, 5+ years in IT, and strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, networks, security, and backup systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in IT or related field.
• At least five years of progressively responsible IT experience.
• Experience supervising IT staff and coordinating infrastructure, security, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure across headquarters and branches, including networks and servers.
• Administer Microsoft 365, devices, access, and security permissions.
• Maintain cybersecurity protections, incident response, and PCI/compliance tasks.
• Manage physical security systems, camera and badge access, and vendor coordination.
• Support core business applications, telecom, and payment systems.
• Direct IT vendors, budget, contracts, and annual IT planning.
• Lead and develop the System Administrator and communicate risks to leaders.
