Job summary

STARC Systems Inc. seeks an IT Operations & Infrastructure Administrator to deliver exceptional technical support while maintaining the company’s technology infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, networking, endpoint management, collaboration technologies, and cybersecurity solutions.

The role works across departments, supports manufacturing activities, and contributes to strategic technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure experience.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration and support experience.
• Experience with Meraki networking and Fortinet firewalls.
• Experience with endpoint management tools like Intune or NinjaOne.
• Familiarity with conference room and collaboration technologies.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and wireless networking.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for employees across office, manufacturing, and remote user environments.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Support Meraki network infrastructure including switches, access points, security appliances, and VPNs.
• Assist with Fortinet firewall and network security administration.
• Support conference room and collaboration technologies including Teams Rooms and Meeting Owl devices.
• Manage user onboarding, offboarding, licensing, and access management.
• Monitor system health, respond to alerts, and assist with infrastructure maintenance and upgrades.
• Support endpoint security and multifactor authentication initiatives.
