Job summary

STARC Systems, Inc. is seeking an IT Operations & Infrastructure Administrator to deliver top-tier technical support while maintaining the company’s technology infrastructure.

The role focuses on hands-on end-user support and administration of Microsoft 365, networking, endpoint management, collaboration technologies, and cybersecurity solutions. The successful candidate will improve technology processes, ensure reliability and security, and work closely with departments to support operations,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure support.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Experience supporting enterprise networking technologies, preferably Meraki.
• Experience with firewall administration, preferably Fortinet.
• Familiarity with endpoint management solutions such as Intune, NinjaOne, or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting conference room and collaboration technologies.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and wireless networking.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for employees across office, manufacturing, and remote environments.
• Administer and support the full Microsoft 365 ecosystem including identity, device management, security, and collaboration.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Support Meraki network infrastructure including switches, APs, security appliances, and VPN connectivity.
• Assist with administration and monitoring of Fortinet firewall and network security solutions.
• Support conference room and collaboration technologies such as Teams Rooms and displays.
• Manage user onboarding, offboarding, licensing, and access management.
• Monitor system health, respond to alerts, and assist with upgrades.
• Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and procedures.
• Participate in technology projects and vendor coordination.
