Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in IT/CS or related field required.
• 3 years of progressive supervisory experience in utilities or 5 years in non-related field.
• Experience with AD, DNS, DHCP, GIS, SQL Server, and ArcGIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance and operation of USD information systems and OT processes.
• Manage GIS mapping, database administration, and data networking.
• Lead staff assignments, planning, and recruitment; develop SOPs and training.
• Participate in long-term planning and budget for the division.
• Foster trust with the department and public; ensure excellent customer service.
• Perform duties of Division Manager as needed.
