• Bachelor's degree or an associate's degree with related experience required
• Minimum of four years of progressively responsible utility construction experience
• Experience in electronic plan review, markup, and programming preferred
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and prepare take-off materials

Aufgaben

• Oversee design and construction of utility infrastructure for Water and Wastewater Systems
• Manage permitting, plan review, and procurement tasks across divisions
• Ensure compliance with City, state, and federal regulations
• Support grant applications, budgeting, and project closeout
• Provide mentorship to Coordination staff within the Capital Improvements Division
• Prepare technical reports and cost estimates under tight deadlines
