Job summary

Netomi, a leading agentic AI platform for enterprise CX, seeks an IT Operations Manager to scale the internal IT function for a global, remote-first organization. You will own day-to-day IT operations, security, and tooling, partnering with Compliance, Engineering, HR, and Operations to enable secure and efficient access across teams.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Azure AD, MS 365, and endpoint management tools, and are adept at managing audits and vendor

Qualifications

5–8+ years of IT Operations, IT Support or Systems Administration experience.
Experience in high-growth SaaS or remote-first environments.
Hands-on admin experience with Google Workspace, Azure AD, MS 365.
Strong IT security knowledge and audit support experience.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day IT operations including end-user support and device management across a distributed workforce.
Maintain system reliability, performance, and uptime for internal tools and services.
Build and scale IT processes and workflows, and identify automation opportunities.
Manage IT vendors, licenses, subscriptions, and asset inventory to optimize costs.
Collaborate with HR, Compliance, Engineering, and DevOps to support global teams.
