Job summary

PTOE Global Solutions is seeking an IT Manager to own and continuously improve our technology environment. You will coordinate strategy and execution, ensuring systems and tools support the team effectively.

The role blends leadership with hands-on troubleshooting and governance across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and cloud platforms. You will work closely with leadership, developers, designers, and project teams to define standards, protect security, and enable growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with responsibility for an organization's IT environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace administration.
• Experience managing user accounts, permissions, authentication, and security.
• Understanding of domains, DNS, email configuration, SSL certificates, hosting, and web infrastructure.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of PGS's internal technology environment.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SaaS apps; manage licenses and access.
• Establish cybersecurity standards: MFA, password policies, access controls.
• Serve as escalation point for technical issues; diagnose and resolve problems.
• Lead technology projects from planning through implementation.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, hosting, DNS, backups, and recovery.
• Create documentation and IT governance policies.
• Evaluate technology providers and coordinate with external vendors.
• Support client technology environments as needed.
