Job summary

EECU is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead our enterprise infrastructure and end-user technology environment. This on-site role is based at our Fort Worth, TX corporate office and runs Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The role requires 5–7 years in IT operations, strong skills in networking, servers, virtualization, and cloud platforms, plus incident management and on-call experience. You will drive reliability, security, and continuous improvement across IT Operations.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, and end-user support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience managing incident response, escalations, and after-hours or on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop IT Operations Teams: coach, develop network administration and help desk staff; set performance objectives; participate in hiring.
• Manage IT Infrastructure and Operations: oversee networking, servers, virtualization, cloud platforms, and end-user computing; ensure stability and security.
• Lead Incident Response and System Availability: serve as escalation point for major incidents; coordinate resolution and communicate with leadership.
• Oversee on-call rotations and incident-response standards; manage organization-wide tech support (computers, printers, scanners, software).
• Establish and improve SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction measures; support disaster-recovery readiness and modernization efforts.
