Job summary

This role will ensure reliable, secure, and compliant IT operations for the EUC Personal Lines sector and will act as a central coordination point between business and IT teams. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and several years of experience in IT operations. The position requires strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or service management.
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach required.
• Experience with Java and Cobol is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production issues by managing incidents and alerts.
• Drive continuous improvement of operational processes and tools.
• Manage infrastructure and vendor-related activities.

Skills

IT service management and ITIL processes

System integration (e.g., web services, REST, SOA)

CI/CD and release management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Git, Bamboo, Maven, HP ALM)

Excellent communication skills

Very good English skills
