Job summary

Farm Credit East is seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead infrastructure, cloud, end-user computing, and IT service management across multiple states. This role ensures stability, security, and performance of the enterprise technology environment to support lending, financial services, and advisory operations.

You will modernize legacy systems, drive regulatory compliance, architect scalable solutions, and mentor teams while partnering with security and procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in IT infrastructure, cloud, and service delivery.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure in enterprise environments.
• Experience in regulated/financial services environments preferred.
• Demonstrated AI automation and analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT infrastructure and hybrid cloud operations.
• Lead Field Technology Support and endpoint security standards.
• Manage ITSM processes including incident, change, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with FFIEC, SOC, NIST and internal audits.
• Drive cross-team collaboration and implement AI-enabled improvements.
