Efinity Mortgage seeks an IT Manager based in the Austin Corporate Office to lead technology operations for the organization and its 150+ employees across more than 20 branches. You will own branch IT infrastructure, set standards, and drive security and scalability across on-site and cloud environments.

The role combines hands-on issue resolution with strategic planning, vendor management, and executive communication to ensure a robust technology landscape aligned with business goals.

Responsabilités

• Owns corporate technology operations and branch IT infrastructure.
• Provides Tier 1–3 support for 150+ employees across 20+ locations.
• Designs a stable, secure, standardized, and scalable technology environment.
• Manages Microsoft 365 admin, identity and access management, endpoint management, networks, and firewalls.
• Oversees branch connectivity, servers, cloud services, cybersecurity, asset management, and vendor relations.
