Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a seasoned IT Operations Manager to lead end-user support across Helpdesk and Field Support teams. You will ensure SLA compliance, manage after-hours coverage, and guide asset management and technology rollouts.

Collaborate with IT leadership to align services with organizational needs and future growth. You will also drive vendor management, oversee staff development, and coordinate IT projects for store expansions and new technology implementations,

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible IT management experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, or other IT service frameworks.

Mansioni

Lead and manage IT end-user support operations, including Helpdesk and Field Support teams.
Ensure Helpdesk SLA targets and response times are met; monitor queues and performance.
Oversee IT asset management and asset tracking, include procurement responsibilities.
Plan and manage technology project rollouts, including new store locations and tech solutions.
Coordinate vendor contracts and evaluations; collaborate with Director of IT Operations and Security.
Provide after-hours support coverage and staff development for the support teams.
