Job summary

HelloConnect in Manila is seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead a multi-tier IT team, oversee day-to-day desk-side support, and drive PEZA compliance. You’ll architect scalable systems, manage vendor relationships, and ensure SLA targets while aligning with global IT standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT infrastructure with 3+ years in leadership, strong English, and hands-on experience with Intune/Jamf, ZScaler, SentinelOne, Snipe-IT, and ITIL/ISO security practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; 5+ years IT infrastructure/support; 3+ years supervisory experience in global orgs.
• Strong coaching, team-building, and project management skills; high autonomy and customer-centricity; full English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-tier IT support team (L1–L3); manage daily operations, evaluations, upskilling, and scheduling.
• Define/optimize L1/L2+ service procedures, runbooks, workflows; manage user lifecycle and SLA targets.
