- Experience overseeing IT budgets, procurement, and operational planning; NetSuite preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day IT operations and vendor coordination to ensure reliable services.
- Oversee incident, problem, and request management with SLA adherence.
- Develop executive dashboards and reports for performance, budgets, and vendor metrics.
- Coordinate technology initiatives, governance, and operational readiness across teams.
