Job summary
LHH is seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead enterprise IT operations, asset governance, logistics, and service delivery across a distributed environment. The role oversees IT support services, technology asset governance, warehouse operations, deployment programs, vendor relationships, and initiatives in operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in IT operations or related areas, 2+ years of leadership, ITIL expertise, and a proven ability to improve processes and cost
Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT Operations, Service Delivery, Asset Management or related areas.
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
- Experience with enterprise asset management programs and large-scale deployments.
- Strong ITIL knowledge and ITSM experience.
- Ability to travel as needed and support after-hours operational requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead IT Operations, Asset Management, and Logistics teams.
- Set KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
- Oversee daily support operations and escalation processes.
- Partner with IT leadership to drive strategic tech initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement for service quality and efficiency.
