WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a hands-on Manager of Information Technology Operations to lead IT operations, infrastructure, service delivery, vendor management, and end-user support across multiple business entities.

The role reports to the CIO and is essential for scaling technology operations to support business growth while maintaining strong customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT infrastructure, systems, and service delivery across multiple entities.
• 1 Manage help desk, service desk, and application support teams across locations.
• 2 Establish processes for user support requests, ticket tracking, and SLA performance.
• 3 Oversee relationships with managed service providers and vendors.
• 4 Maintain technology inventories, licensing, and renewal schedules.
• 5 Develop operational reports and performance metrics for leadership.
• 6 Collaborate on security operations and incident response with cybersecurity teams.
• 7 Lead change, release, and deployment for major tech initiatives.
• 8 Create and maintain documentation to reduce operational risk.
• 9 Support strategic technology planning and growth initiatives.
