Job summary

Hadrian is seeking an IT Lead at our Torrance, CA HQ to own the health of the IT team serving west coast operations, with a focus on corporate IT and a secondary lens on factory IT. You will lead a small team of Technicians, Analysts, and Systems Admins, combining technical ability with leadership.

You’ll build AI chatbot workflows, integrate Okta, Microsoft 365, Box, Jira, and ensure seamless services for execs, board members, and visitors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT with at least 2 leading a team or major program
• HQ or campus-level corporate IT experience
• Hands-on track record building AI chatbot workflows and ticket deflection
• Experience delivering executive/white-glove support
• Hands-on AV experience with conference room gear
• Strong base in core SaaS platforms (Okta, M365, MDM, ITSM) and automation
• Track record running IT functions at scale (SLAs, on-call, change mgmt)

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT team day-to-day at HQ; set priorities and unblock blockers
• Build and evolve AI chatbot workflows; wire integrations to Okta, M365, Box, Jira, and internal systems
• Monitor HQ and factory ticket flow; drive automation, self-service, and runbooks
• Provide executive/white-glove support for VIPs on campus or on the road
• Plan and manage live AV for all-hands, podcasts, and events
• Partner with factory IT to ensure consistent tools between HQ and floor
• Coach Technicians, Analysts, and Sys Admins on workflows and automation
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, DevOps, Facilities, People Ops, and Production
• Own vendor/licensing footprint and manage spend
• Handle escalations and lead post-mortems
• Hire and grow the IT team; screen, interview, and close strong candidates
