Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America. The IT Lead will own corporate IT health at HQ in Torrance, CA, with a secondary focus on factory operations.

Lead a small team of Technicians, Analysts, and SysAdmins, ensuring reliable systems and seamless integration between HQ and factory environments. You will design and ship AI chatbot workflows, integrate with Okta, M365, Box, Jira, and internal tools, and drive automation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT with 2+ years leading a team or program.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT team at HQ: set priorities, unblock blockers, deliver projects.
• Develop and optimize AI chatbot workflows; integrate with Okta, M365, Box, Jira.
• Monitor ticket flow HQ and factory; drive automation and self-service.
• Provide executive and white-glove support to senior leaders and guests.
• Oversee live AV for all-hands/events; manage conference rooms and Teams setups.
• Coordinate with factory IT to align HQ and floor systems during rollouts.
• Mentor Technicians, Analysts, and SysAdmins in workflows and automation.
• Collaborate with Security, Infra, DevOps, Facilities, People Ops, Production.
• Manage vendor/licensing footprint and control spend.
• Handle escalations and drive post-mortems after outages.
• Lead recruitment: screen, interview, and hire as the team grows.
