Job summary

Hadrian, the leader in autonomous manufacturing, is seeking an IT Lead at our Torrance, CA campus to own corporate IT health for HQ and factory operations. You will lead a small team of Technicians, Analysts, and Systems Admins, focusing on both technical excellence and leadership.

You will build AI chatbot workflows, wire integrations to Okta, Microsoft 365, Box, Jira, and keep flows tuned as the business evolves. You’ll ensure top-tier executive support and robust AV operations for events.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT, with at least 2 leading a team or major program.
• Hands-on track record building AI chatbot workflows and ticket deflection flows.
• Strong experience supporting execs, engineering, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT team day to day at HQ. Set priorities and unblock the queue.
• Build and evolve AI chatbot workflows and integrations with Okta, M365, Box, Jira.
• Maintain live ticket flow visibility across HQ and factory; drive automation and self-service.
• Provide executive-level, white-glove support and discreet on-site assistance for VIPs.
• Coordinate live AV for all-hands, podcasts, and events; manage conference spaces.
• Partner with factory IT for rollouts, incidents, and audits; ensure consistency HQ/factory.
• Coach Technicians, Analysts, and Sys Admins in workflows and automation.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, DevOps, Facilities, People Ops, and Production leaders.
