Job summary

BCI Miami seeks an IT Operations Manager to oversee the daily IT Operations and Support, ensuring end-users receive reliable, secure, and outstanding technical assistance while banking systems run smoothly.

The role leads a team of System Administrators and IT Operations Specialists, manages patching, security and service levels, and coordinates with Tier 3 networks and external providers to uphold availability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
• Minimum five years of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and direction to the IT team, including setting performance standards and supervising performance.
• Identify developmental needs and mentor subordinates to improve skills.
• Ensure SLAs are met and coordinate with third-party providers.
• Lead IT and business process enhancement projects and support critical enterprise applications.
• Oversee hardware provisioning, workstation setup, and patch management.
