Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) seeks a Senior Vice President of Technology Operations in Washington, DC. You will lead IT operations, infrastructure, and security to ensure reliability, resilience, and business continuity across ICBA.

Partner with the CIO and executive leadership to govern IT programs, manage budgets, and drive cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance while mentoring a high‑performing team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's with equivalent experience, 10+ years in senior IT leadership.
• 15+ years in IT operations, systems administration, or technical support.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional IT teams.
• Strong ITIL, Agile, and cybersecurity knowledge.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations, infrastructure, and security to ensure reliability and business continuity.
• Partner with CIO and executive leadership to align IT initiatives with business goals.
• Oversee budgets, governance, risk management, and compliance programs.
• Mentor IT staff and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.
