Job summary

City First Bank in Los Angeles is seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead technology operations, infrastructure, and end-user support across locations. You will ensure reliability, security, and performance of the bank's technology environment while delivering outstanding service to employees.

You will manage projects, vendor relationships, backup and disaster recovery, patch management, and regulatory compliance programs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and security awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field and 8+ years IT experience.
• Experience in banking or financial services technology, regulatory compliance, and vendor relations.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and project management skills.
• Experience with FFIEC standards and GLBA preferred.
• Cloud platforms and Microsoft tech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation, security, and maintenance of systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Lead technology projects from planning through implementation and support.
• Develop KPIs and report tech metrics to senior leaders.
• Manage user provisioning, backups, DR, and business continuity.
• Coordinate audits, regulators, and third-party vendors.
