Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of IT experience managing end-to-end IT operations.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT support and ensure timely resolution of requests.
• Build and lead the IT Support Team, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and operational safeguards.
