United Business Bank is seeking an IT Supervisor for their Walnut Creek Corporate Headquarters. This role involves managing daily IT support and building an effective IT Support Team while ensuring service levels and operational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of IT management experience, strong client service skills, and knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks. A competitive salary range of $110,000 to $125,000 and a robust benefits package are offered.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of IT experience managing end-to-end IT operations.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily IT support and ensure timely resolution of requests.
• Build and lead the IT Support Team, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and operational safeguards.
