Qualifications

• Typically 4–7 years of IT or business experience.

• Strong knowledge of IT operations, monitoring, logging and alerting.
• Deep technical proficiency across systems, tools, dependencies and processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; collaborative and analytical.

Responsibilities

• Provide production floor oversight across compliant, regulated environments.
• Manage complexity across business value, technology and interaction models.
• Recommend and implement solutions after issue analysis and impact review.
• Establish stakeholder relationships to enable business strategy.
• Monitor performance and drive operational improvements.
• Support incident management, change deployment and third-party coordination.
