Qualifications

• Hands-on exposure across multiple IT surfaces; breadth over depth.
• Automation instinct; use scripts/AI to reduce manual work.
• Strong troubleshooting with system-level understanding.
• Collaborative, low-ego, security-minded with clear writing.
• 3+ years in IT Helpdesk and backend IT systems in fast-growing tech.

Responsibilities

• Work the shared IT support queue, helping Discordians with technology needs.
• Support device and endpoint setup (Jamf, Intune), identity basics (Okta), SaaS access, and endpoint security tooling.
• Keep conferencing and AV rooms reliable and support live events.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding to provision and deprovision on day one and exit.
• Take on scoped projects and automate repetitive manual tasks.
• Participate in on-call rotations.
