Blackpoint Cyber is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to keep core IT infrastructure running for our distributed, cloud-first workforce. You will support endpoints, identity, SaaS platforms, and automation across the company.

You will handle escalated technical support and IT onboarding/offboarding, manage device inventory and warranties with Intune and Jamf, and build automations to improve team efficiency in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years IT experience with 3+ years in systems administration.
• Familiarity with IAM concepts, scripting, and ITIL.
• Experience managing devices via MDM tools like Intune and Jamf.
• Remote-first work environment and discretion in time-off policies.

Responsibilities
