Job summary

Stone Alliance Group seeks a Director of IT Operations to lead secure, reliable technology services supporting mission-driven work. You will report to the CTO and guide teams, processes, and vendors across infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, and end-user computing.

The role requires a Master's degree and at least 7 years in a senior IT role, with hands-on experience in IT strategy, vendor management, and ITIL-aligned operations. In NYC, hybrid in-office schedule possible.

Qualifications

• Our client seeks a leader with a Master's degree and at least 7 years in a senior IT role.
• Experience in IT infrastructure strategic planning, project management, and policy development.
• Strong background in network infrastructure, cybersecurity controls, and cloud architecture (AWS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee availability, performance, security, and reliability of IT infrastructure.
• Drive risk management, data protection, access controls, and change management.
• Collaborate with IT and business leaders to translate priorities into roadmaps.
• Establish operations disciplines for business continuity, DR, incident response.
• Manage IT operations investments, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Define metrics, drive ITIL-based service quality and continuous improvement.
• Build and lead a high-performing IT Operations team, fostering accountability.
