Job summary

ITA International in Newport News, Virginia seeks a Director of Technology Operations to lead IT systems, security, cloud services, and governance across CONUS/OCONUS. This role partners with executive leadership to align technology with business goals and ensures compliant, scalable operations.

You will supervise the IT team, drive CMMC compliance, oversee budgets, and promote a security-first culture while leveraging AI to enhance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field such as Computer Science or Information Systems.
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of IT management, cybersecurity, and government contracting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, and governance.
• Partner with executives to align technology investments with business objectives.
• Mentor IT team and ensure daily operations, training, and readiness.
• Ensure data security, backups, and regulatory compliance (CMMC).
• Budget development and cost management for IT assets.
