Job summary

Montgomery County PA seeks a Technical Operations Coordinator (TOC) to assist the Technical Operations Supervisor in supporting technology needs for Adult Probation, Juvenile Probation, Pretrial Services, and Treatment Courts. You will ensure hardware/software maintenance and provide coverage during supervisor absence.

You will coordinate with departments, vendors, and the County ITS to meet technology requirements, travel across county offices, and complete annual training.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of automated systems and computer languages.
• Experience with MS Office, SQL and Crystal Reports.
• Knowledge of the criminal justice system and department policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities between all Supervision Services departments and related applications.
• Support compliance with county policies and state/federal law.
• Provide technical assistance for hardware and software in the department.
• Assist with data analysis from case management systems to verify reports.
• Travel to various county buildings as part of daily/weekly duties and maintain hardware inventory.
