Job summary

Montgomery County (PA) is seeking a Technical Operations Coordinator to assess, develop, and implement departmental application systems used by Adult Probation, Juvenile Probation, Pretrial Services, and Treatment Courts. The TOC will manage automated activities with ITS, JCMS, PAJCIS, and related systems.

The role provides technical leadership in a LAN environment, coordinates Help Desk calls, conducts trainings, and produces automated reports to support department workloads and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of automated systems.
• Knowledge of computer languages.
• Knowledge of criminal justice system.
• Undergo background investigation including drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, and implement departmental application systems for Adult Probation, Juvenile Probation, Pretrial Services, and Treatment Courts.
• Coordinate activities between departments, case management systems, vendors, and ITS.
• Provide technical leadership in a LAN environment and support departmental personnel with hardware and software.
• Coordinate Help Desk activities and deliver technical trainings.
• Develop automated data reports to support workload management and QA of systems.
