Utah Legal Services seeks an IT Operations Coordinator to support staff, offices, and technology operations across multiple locations and remote workers. The role acts as primary liaison with staff and the external co-managed IT provider, ensuring devices, requests, meetings, records, and processes are managed promptly.

• Associate degree or equivalent in IT, CS, or related field.
• 2+ years providing technology support or IT coordination.
• Experience with common office tech and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Provide staff with professional technology support across multiple locations.
• Coordinate help desk requests and act as escalation point.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, peripherals, and VPN connectivity.
• Install and maintain workstations, devices, and related equipment.
• Coordinate with external IT provider on issues and planning.
• Run routine reports and maintain technology records.
