Job summary

ClearHealth IT team in Salt Lake City is looking for an IT Coordinator to provide full IT support and project coordination. You will communicate with local and remote users, third-party providers, and train staff across sites.

The role requires configuring programs and devices, setting up laptops/workstations (up to 50 lbs), and supporting mobile iOS devices. Overtime and 10-15% travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent computer and interpersonal skills.
• A high level of accuracy in work is necessary.
• The ability to prioritize tasks as well as work on multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
• Possess efficient time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and communicate with local users, remote users and third-party providers
• Train / Teach staff members (local and remote)
• Configure and install programs / applications
• Install and configure laptops / workstations, which may include the lifting / carrying of computers and computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Setup and support of company mobile iOS devices
• Overtime is required when necessary
• Some travel is required (10-15%)
