Zusammenfassung

United Way for Greater Austin is seeking a Technology & Operations Administrator to support day-to-day technology, security, facilities, and operational needs. This role serves as a primary resource for technical support, application administration, endpoint management, vendor coordination, and workplace operations.

The ideal candidate is service-oriented, highly organized, and able to collaborate with staff, vendors, and leadership to maintain a productive, secure, and compliant technology

Qualifikationen

• Experience in information technology, systems administration, technical support, or a related field.
• Experience supporting business applications, Microsoft 365, and enterprise software platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of endpoint management, security practices, access management, and compliance requirements.
• Experience coordinating vendors, projects, deployments, or operational initiatives.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of customer service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Technology Support & Administration: Provide technical support for systems, devices, and services; Administer Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and other platforms; Troubleshoot issues; Manage user accounts and onboarding/offboarding; Coordinate system upgrades and vendor-supported solutions; Maintain documentation and support procedures.
