Job summary

Idaho Power in Boise, Idaho is seeking an IT Operations Center Administrator to join our Information Technology team. The role focuses on 24x7 monitoring, incident response, and first-line support to keep our systems reliable and available for customers and teams across Idaho and Oregon.

Under minimal supervision you will analyze, install, configure, and maintain systems, work with monitoring tools, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education/experience/certs.
• Bachelor's degree in IT preferred.
• 3 years of experience in a technology operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor IT services 24x7 and respond to alerts.
• Perform tier 1 incident management and escalation.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshooting.
• Document procedures and maintain systems.
