Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. in Webster, NY seeks an IT Operations Analyst II to support user PCs and mobility devices, configure hardware, and troubleshoot per TEIS policies. You will participate in digital factory initiatives, IT education, system implementations, and reporting in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years' computer support experience, strong Windows and Office skills, and excellent customer service. Travel locally <10%. Onsite work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of professional experience in computer support.
• Working knowledge of Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Reports to IT Manager.
• Supports hardware installation and configuration and ongoing maintenance including cabling and rack hardware.
• Mobility device and PC support.
• Diagnoses and troubleshoots employee issues with personal computers and related systems.
• Provides support services to employees with IT problems including desktop, laptop, or network services from remote locations.
• Builds strong working relationships with all functional areas and stakeholders.
• Delivers results impacting organizational goals and objectives.
• Provides timely resolution or escalation of problems to the appropriate personnel.
