Job summary

TE Connectivity seeks an IT Operations Analyst II in Webster, NY to support user PCs and mobility devices, align with TEIS policies, and contribute to digital factory initiatives. This role involves device configuration, troubleshooting, and assisting with IT education, deployments and reporting.

You will collaborate across functions to drive efficient IT service delivery and support a fast-paced environment while staying compliant with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of professional experience in computer support.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Works in a team environment, shares knowledge, contributes to processes.
• Willingness to travel locally (less than 10%).
• Experience in SAP and shop floor systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Reports to IT Manager.
• Supports hardware installation and configuration and ongoing maintenance. Responsibilities may also include cabling, racking and hardware installations.
• Mobility device and PC support.
• Diagnoses and troubleshoots employee issues with personal computers and related systems.
• Provides support services to employees with IT problems including desktop, laptop, or network services.
• Build strong and positive working relationships with all functional areas.
• Delivers results that may directly impact organizational goals and objectives.
• Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customers to the appropriate technical personnel.
• Comply with IT and Business policies, procedures, and service guidelines.
• Frequently interacting with supervisors, peers, business unit and operations leaders, customers and other internal/external departments.
