Job summary

FBS – Farmer Business Services, in partnership with Capgemini as Employer of Record, seeks an IT onboarding specialist to support the onboarding of end users for IT systems. You will coordinate hardware, software access, IDs, and entitlements, while partnering with Talent Acquisition and IT teams to ensure proper access for new hires and contractors.

The role emphasizes strong customer experience, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering onboarding processes for IT systems and services.
• Ability to identify and report issues in onboarding and suggest improvements.
• Ability to work with Talent Acquisition and IT teams to secure access and resources.

Responsibilities

• Ensure positive customer experience in onboarding of IT system setup (hardware, app access, IDs, networks).
• Order equipment, software, IDs, entitlements for onboarding assets.
• Assist IT new hires and leadership with questions and resources needed to onboard successfully.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure proper system access for new hires and contractors.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and suppliers for new hire support.
• Respond to employees and contractors for post-onboarding needs.
• Handle IT team inquiries and resolve issues such as lost access or licensing limits.
• Use Quickbase to maintain data, generate reports, and identify issues.
