Qualifications

Responsibilities

• End User Support: serve as the first point of contact for technical support requests via phone, email, Teams, and help desk.
• Account & Device Management: manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365, image and deploy hardware.
• Technical Operations: install and configure desktop applications, perform routine maintenance, assist with basic network issues.
• Customer Service: deliver excellent service, communicate clearly with non-technical users, and follow up to ensure resolution.
