Capgemini partners with Farmers to serve as Employer of Record for a Systems Administrator role focused on claims systems. You will monitor, support, and optimize HR-related systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365, while collaborating with IT and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as an IS Administrator or related role.
• Understanding of HR procedures.
• 3+ years working with SAP SuccessFactors or other platforms.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 tools.
• Experience on ticketing systems like ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Maintains reliability and performance of claims systems by monitoring, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Acts as a subject matter expert for claims systems and provides end-user support.
• Coordinates with IT to configure and manage claims systems within the IT infrastructure and supports Agile deployment.
• Researches and implements upgrades or enhancements to claims systems.
• Performs regular audits to ensure compliance and data security.
• Builds and maintains processes for consistent operation and knowledge sharing.
• Takes ownership of documentation for claims systems, processes, and configurations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Systems administrator supports Configuration, user permissions, testing, integration SME, Basic reporting, and supports the overall technology roadmap efforts. This position manages, maintains, and optimizes claims systems to ensure reliability and performance. The role performs day-to-day claims systems administration activities and acts as a claims systems expert to provide technical support for end users. Performs work with a limited degree of supervision, with oversight focused only on complex new assignments.

Responsibilities

• Maintains reliability and performance of claims systems by monitoring, running tests, and troubleshooting.

• Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities to proactively identify, evaluate, and resolve moderately complex to complex issues related to claims systems.

• Acts as a subject matter expert in one or more claims systems.

• Applies in-depth knowledge to efficiently manage and troubleshoot system-related issues.

• Provides technical support for end users and responds to various questions and issues.

• Coordinates with IT to configure and manage claims systems within the IT infrastructure. Implements Agile methodology when collaborating with cross-functional teams and IT to develop plans, schedules, and requirements for deployment of claims systems.

• Researches, develops, tests and implements claims systems upgrades or enhancements.

• Recommends technology solutions to improve manual processes.

• Conducts and responds to regular audits of claims systems to ensure compliance.

• Implements measures for systems and data security and adherence to requirements.

• Builds and maintains relationships with external vendors to optimize the integration and use of claims systems.

• Queries and manipulates data to solve business problems including data extraction from relational databases.

• Creates and maintains defined processes and practices to ensure consistent and effective operation of claims systems.

• Takes ownership of procedural guides by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to ensure comprehensive documentation of claims systems, processes, and configurations for knowledge sharing and reference purposes.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• 3 years of experience working as a IS Administrator or related

• Understanding of HR procedures

• 3+ years working with SAP Success Factor or other platforms

• Understanding of M365 tools

• Experience on ticketing systems like ServiceNow
